Organizations have invested heavily in skills strategies, frameworks, technologies, and data. But how mature are these efforts—and which approaches are producing meaningful business and workforce outcomes?
Join us for a special Skills Roundtable featuring special guests from RedThread Research. They will share an early look at findings from RedThread’s latest research on skills maturity in the AI era.
The research examines how enterprise organizations are approaching skills, how their efforts are evolving, and what outcomes they are achieving. It is designed to move beyond the many untested models and assertions in the market and provide an evidence-based view of the current state of skills.
Rather than a traditional webinar, this session will be an interactive, peer-level discussion. We’ll explore questions such as:
- What does skills maturity look like in today’s organizations?
- Where are organizations making meaningful progress—and where are they getting stuck?
- Which practices appear to distinguish more mature skills efforts?
- What outcomes are organizations realizing from their investments?
- How is AI changing the assumptions, priorities, and requirements behind enterprise skills strategies?
- What do the emerging findings suggest leaders should do differently?
Participants will have an opportunity to react to the early findings, compare them with their own experiences, and discuss the implications with RedThread and fellow HR, Talent, Learning, Workforce Planning, and skills leaders.
This session is intended for enterprise leaders who are responsible for—or actively involved in—skills strategy, skills data, talent practices, workforce planning, learning, HR technology, or organizational transformation.
Hosted by Richardson Consulting Group as part of the Skills Roundtable series—convening leaders who are shaping the future of enterprise skills strategy and practice.
