We’ll explore the beliefs, values, mindsets, and behaviors of a skills-based culture. We’ll also discuss strategies to build and sustain a skills-based culture.
The Roundtable will be a small group of senior HR and Learning leaders, and we do it on Teams. Everyone shares successes and challenges they’re experiencing related to building and sustaining a skills-first, learning culture, 60 minutes in total.

"Our approach to skills transformation focused on building a robust culture first. We believed that by creating the right environment, the adoption of skills-based practices would follow more naturally and effectively."
“KPIs for skills should be developed from the very top and then cascaded down the organization.”
“At CulinArt, a leader has to make sure their people are well-versed in skills. That skillset is tied to the leaders’ key performance indicators for which they are accountable.”
"In order to instill a learning mindset, we're redefining leadership as being the primary integrators of professional development. A part of work is learning. You are constantly learning. And if your leader is not actively a coach helping you reflect on and in action, you’re missing learning opportunities."
